How to return a product to us

Our goal is your satisfaction. If you are unsatisfied with your purchase, it may be returned within 60 days of purchase. You can visit our store at 2003 Chester Blvd. Richmond, IN or 999 Sweitzer St. Greenville, OH to exchange or return your item(s). Understandably, we cannot accept returns of items that are worn, altered, laundered, embroidered, screen printed or damaged by the purchaser. Items should be in original condition and packaging with all tags attached. Footwear must be clean and in original condition. Please try on your shoes on a clean, dry surface to avoid discoloration to the white soles. To assure proper credit, all returns are subject to inspection upon receipt.
